Carolyn is a lover of holistic medicine and a serial learner. Desperate to find something to help with her husband's severe depression, anxiety and chronic pain, she discovered the world of natural wellness.

A Reiki Master/Teacher, Carolyn is also certified in Emotional Freedom Technique, and a Happiness Life Coach.
